We want you to be happy with what you buy. Every app has a free trial so you can test it first, and if a purchase still isn't right, we'll make it right.
Each Jacobe app comes with a free trial (currently 7 days), so you can put it to work and make sure it fits how you run your events before paying anything. We'd always encourage you to use the trial first.
If you buy an app and it isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund. No need for a long explanation — though if something didn't work, we'd genuinely like to know so we can improve.
For technical problems, please reach out first — most issues are quick to fix, and we'd rather get the app working for you than see you miss out.
Email hello@jacobe.co.uk from the address you bought with (or include your order/receipt reference from Lemon Squeezy), and tell us which app. We'll sort it out promptly.
Our purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method, and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under consumer law, including, where applicable, the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within the period set by law. This policy sits alongside those rights, and is intended to be more generous, not less.
