Right after checkout, Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider) emails you a receipt with a link to download the app and your licence key. The same details are saved to your order page, linked from that email.
If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then email support@jacobe.co.uk and we'll resend it.
Yes. Download the app and it runs as a free 7-day trial with no limits, so you can test it on a real show before you buy. When you're ready, enter your licence key to unlock it for good.

You only need to do this once. If you don't see an Open option, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway.
Open the app and go to [menu path — e.g. the app menu → Licence], then paste the key from your purchase email. The app unlocks straight away.
A Mac running macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. The apps are native Mac software and run fully offline — no account, no internet connection required to use them.
Yes — that's what they're built for. They run locally on your Mac and don't depend on a network, so they keep working even when the venue Wi-Fi doesn't. For anything mission-critical, we still recommend a quick run-through before doors.
Yes. Each app has an interactive tutorial built right in — it walks you through the app hands-on. Open it from the app's Help menu [confirm: Help → Tutorial]. There's nothing extra to download or watch.
Speaker Cue Pro has a separate Operator view and Presenter view. Connect a second display (the speaker's monitor or confidence screen) and pop the Presenter view onto it — the speaker sees only the clock and any message you send, while you keep the full controls.
On first launch, macOS may ask for permission to use your audio output or files. Allow these so the app can play your cues to the right device. You can change your output device from within the app at any time.
Connect your screen or projector, then choose it as the output in Easy Test Card and send a pattern to it. You can mirror, blank to black, or cycle through solids to check geometry, focus and colour from the back of the room.
Your licence lets you install and use the app on the Macs you own and control, for your own personal or business use. It's not for sharing with other people or reselling — each person should have their own licence. Full detail is in our Terms.
